Claudia Fernández Audiffred
Senior Public Speaking Coach
Claudia Fernández Audiffred is a communication professional whose career took a transformative turn when she began supporting her own children. Confronted with the challenges of low self-confidence and public speaking anxiety in school, she identified a deeper need: to create spaces where emotional safety, authentic expression, and personal growth could thrive.
Drawing on her experience in communication, Claudia began designing workshops that were not only practical but profoundly human. Her goal was never just to teach techniques. It was to understand the emotional landscape of each participant, to encourage, protect, and strengthen their voice. From that moment, the core of her work became clear: to help people feel seen, valued, and capable of meaningful connection.

She developed programs that helped children feel confident and joyful in academic and social settings. As her work expanded, she began supporting adolescents through complex transitions, always with a playful spirit and a guiding mantra: learning is easy and fun.

Over time, her workshops evolved into dynamic experiences for people of all ages, from children as young as six to adults in their eighties. Participants found not only practical communication tools but also a sense of belonging, emotional safety, and personal empowerment. Her approach became a reference point for schools, helping students discover their voice and their best selves. Families were soon integrated into the process, fostering collective growth and mutual respect. Later, her work extended to professionals and teams, offering coaching in communication and leadership.

Working now in Canada, Claudia collaborates with the Speak Confidence team to support individuals in strengthening their communication skills across academic, professional, and personal settings. Her sessions help people feel more confident, connected, and capable, both locally and internationally.

She also works with older adults, adapting her approach to foster creativity, connection, and well-being. Across all ages and contexts, her work is guided by empathy, respect, and the belief that communication is a human right.

Meet the Team
Diego Arreola
Junior Public Speaking Coach
From a very young age, Diego has stood out as an extraordinary example of confidence, passion, and purpose. He discovered early on the importance of developing the skills needed to speak in public with confidence and authenticity.
At just five years old, Diego began his journey into the world of public speaking. Throughout his school years, in primary, middle, and high school, he developed a deep love for communication, actively participating in oratory, debate, and poetry competitions. His talent and dedication earned him numerous awards and medals at school, national, and even international levels.
But for Diego, public speaking was never just about competitions. It became a tool to open doors and create meaningful connections. Before finishing high school in Mexico, he founded Green Speaking, a nonprofit organization created to give a voice to the planet, educating and empowering others to speak up and take action for the environment.
Despite his young age, Diego has already accumulated more than 15 years of experience in public speaking. Having lived this journey firsthand, from the fear of speaking in front of others to mastering the art of confident communication, he brings a rare combination of empathy, authenticity, and deep understanding to his coaching. Growing up learning and teaching alongside his mother, the founder of SpeakConfidence.ca, Diego has experienced this transformation in every sense of the word.
Now, as a Junior Public Speaking Coach at Speak Confidence, Diego combines his global experience, youthful energy, and deep empathy to guide others toward finding their own confident voice, helping them communicate with clarity, authenticity, and heart.
