- Start Date: Wednesday, November 6  
- Time: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM  
- Duration: 7 sessions, each 1.5 hours  
- Schedule: Once a week, every Wednesday  
- Session Dates: November 6, 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11, and 18  
- Platform: Zoom  
- Cost: $150 CAD
